Leadership Learning
Beyond Headship is an online course designed especially for headteachers and education leaders ready to explore new possibilities and find a fulfilling career beyond headship. The programme guides you through a career transition, helping you to plan your move and equip you with a step-by-step plan to achieve your desired future.
Based on a design thinking process, through the programme we’ll help you:
- Discover your “why”, the things that energise you, bring you hope and enable you to be wholehearted
- Define a new and preferred future for the next stage of your life and career journey; and
- Design a realistic action plan towards it
